Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed at penshurstboutique.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

Penshurst Boutique is a trading name of EJ Ventures, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96432535, Almere, the Netherlands. Contact: support@penshurstboutique.com.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT and any applicable import duties. Delivery is free, so the price you see at the checkout is the total you pay. Where a product shows a crossed-out price, that is the price the item was previously offered at.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the checkout. Card details are handled by Shopify's secure payment providers and are never stored by us.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and normally arrive within 7 to 12 working days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we allow returns for 30 days. The full procedure is in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary by up to 2 cm because garments are finished by hand.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Complaints

Email support@penshurstboutique.com and we will respond within 24 hours on working days and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country in which you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
