How long will my order take?

We pack your order within 1 to 3 working days . Delivery after that usually takes 5 to 10 working days , so most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier or busy periods.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Free tracked delivery on every order across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend and nothing added at the checkout.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. You will also receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking usually starts updating 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay . Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes. A confirmation lands in your inbox as soon as you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder and then email us at support@penshurstboutique.com and we will resend it.
