How long will my order take?

We dispatch your order within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours at weekends, and the exact dispatch date is shown on every product page before you buy. As soon as your parcel leaves you'll get a tracking link by email, so you can follow it every step of the way. If it hasn't reached you within 14 working days , email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we'll trace it for you.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Free tracked delivery on every order across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend and nothing added at the checkout.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Items must be unworn with tags attached. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. If you have simply changed your mind, the postage back is yours — there is no restocking fee and nothing is deducted from your refund.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. You will also receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking usually starts updating 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay . Payment is handled by Shopify's secure checkout.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes. A confirmation lands in your inbox as soon as you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder and then email us at support@penshurstboutique.com and we will resend it.
