As soon as your parcel leaves you'll get a tracking link by email, so you can follow it every step of the way. If it hasn't reached you within 14 working days , email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we'll trace it for you.

What if it doesn't fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. Items must be unworn with tags attached. If the item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. If you have simply changed your mind, the postage back is yours — there is no restocking fee and nothing is deducted from your refund.
